**The Town of West Greenwich is looking for a few residents to serve on the Conservation Commission.**
If you are interested, please submit a letter of interest to the Town Administrator for consideration by the Town Council.

Providence—The Environment Council of Rhode Island Education Fund announced
the winners of the 2015 Loraine Tisdale Environmental Education Awards today (Monday, January 12, 2015).
The award winners and their projects are:
The Greene School: Talking Trash Expeditions and The Waste Solutions Summit: The School will send students to the 2015 RI Compost Conference and put on its own Waste Solutions Summit for schools.
Exeter – W. Greenwich Jr. High School: Planting a Pawpaw Tree Food Forest: The intent of this program is to provide middle school students with the experience of harvesting, germinating and disseminating native food bearing trees into the community.
Riverzedge Arts: Improving Culture By Design: To support the design and installation of custom recycling and trash receptacles as the final piece of a youth-led landscape redesign of the front of Woonsocket High School
