Vaccinate Before You Graduate Progam
Dear Parents and Guardians of 12th Graders: On Tuesday, October 16th, Seniors will be given packets regarding the Vaccinate Before You Graduate Program. This free program is sponsored by the Rhode Island Department of Health and allows 12th Grade Students to receive new vaccines and “catch up” on vaccines they may have missed. This is important because many vaccines are now required for employment and college entry. A Flu Mist Clinic will also be included for 12th Grade Students as well. The first clinic is scheduled for Thursday, November 8th. If you choose to have your child participate in this program, please return the permission slips by Friday, October 26th, 2007. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Health Office at 397-6898 ext 3.
