Library News:

Shooting Starr Theatre presents 'The Frog and the Princess' on Tuesday, May 6th at 6:30 pm.  Recommended for children ages 3 and up and their families. 

'1 of 52' Hunger Network will collect nonperishable food donations here at Louttit between Tuesday, May 6th and Wednesday, May 14th.  All donations will go to the local food bank here in West Greenwich. 

Spring Story Hour - for ages 3 to 5 began on Friday, April 25th.  10 am and 1 pm sessions available.  Six weekly sessions ending on Friday, May 30th.  Pre-registration requested.  Weather permitting, a field trip to Hidden Meadows Farm will take place on Friday, May 9th. 

Holiday Closing - Monday, May 26th the Library will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.  The annual WG Memorial Day Parade will kick off at 1:30 pm at the Coventry West Greenwich line on Route 102 and end at the Town Hall. 

Book and Bake Sale will be held on Monday, May 26th between 10 and 2.  Donations of home baked goods for the sale will be gladly accepted. 

Lost and Found items left at Louttit are piling up.  You  might want to look items over and take what belongs to you.

May Book Discussion -  Tuesday, May 20th, from 1-2 pm and Thursday, May 22nd, from 6:30 - 7:30 pm.  May's title is How Starbucks Saved My Life by Michael Oates Gill.  Check out a copy today!

Preschool Playgroup - for ages 0 - 5 meets weekly on Tuesday from 10:15 - 11:30.  Pre-registration not required. Sponsored by the EWG Prevention & Wellness Task Force.

Attention Seniors:  South County Community Action Agency: available every Thursday from 10:30 - 12:30 to assist Seniors and those with disabilities for various programs.  Check poster board for more information.
