Seniors:

Starting in September, the Community Room behind the library will be open every Friday from 10 – 12.  Please see classes and workshops listed below.  On Fridays when no activity is planned, the center will be open for coffee and socialization.

Beginning  September 9th – YOGA for all abilities. This class will meet the first Friday of each month.  This is not your grandkid’s yoga.  Experience movement, breathwork, and moments of calm in yoga classes specially designed for seniors.  With no expectations or pressure, we’ll alternate stretching and resting to reduce aches and pains, improve strength and balance, and have fun.  Get rid of feeling stiff and tired.  You don’t need to be a pretzel to join us!  Please bring a mat (can be purchased at Job Lot) and wear comfortable clothes.  This class will be taught by West Greenwich resident Kathy Swann who is a certified yoga instructor.

September 16 – Protection and Distribution of Assets
Life Estates, Revocable & Irrevocable Trusts – what does this all mean?
