The Planning Department manages all Planning Board business, and handles all State required local plans (Affordable Housing, Stormwater, Hazard Mitigation, etc.) and other community planning issues. Please see the links to the left for further information, or feel free to give me a call if you have any questions.

The Planning Board reviews proposed subdivisions of land, site development plans, and provides advisory recommendations to the Town Council and Zoning Board on land use issues. The Planning Board also takes a pro-active role in the comprehensive planning of the community.
