NOTICE TO OWNERS AND KEEPERS OF DOGS
DOG LICENSES ARE DUE AND PAYABLE MAY 2012

Licenses may be obtained after April 1, 2012 at the office of the Town Clerk, Monday - Friday between 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
Fee: $6.00 male or female. Proof of Rabies Vaccination is required.

For animals (dogs, cats and ferrets) needing rabies vaccination the Town of West Greenwich is holding a rabies clinic which will be held at the Highway Garage located behind the West Greenwich Town Hall, 280 Victory Highway, West Greenwich, RI on Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

The cost is $10.00 per animal, cash only. Written proof of previous rabies vaccination must be presented in order to receive a 3-year vaccination, otherwise a 1-year vaccination will be given. Residents may also obtain 2012 dog licenses at the same time for a fee of $6.00. Animals must be on a leash or in a cage.

Licenses may also be obtained mail by addressing Town Clerk, Town of West Greenwich, 280 Victory Highway, West Greenwich, RI 02817. Please enclose $6.00 plus return postage for each dog. The following information is required: name and address of owner, phone no., sex of dog, breed, color and name. Proof of Rabies Vaccination is required and will be returned to you with the license.
