Court sessions take place in Council Chambers, at 6:30 pm, usually on the second Wednesday of each month. Please call the Probate Clerk at 392-3800, ext. 100 to confirm. The probate judge is the Honorable Michael A. Ursillo.

It is prohibitive by law for the Probate Clerk to provide legal advice or assist parties in completing probate forms. All parties are strongly encouraged to seek legal representation.
